Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

Returned artworks must be:

  • in original condition, without damage or alteration,

  • carefully repacked using the original protective materials provided,

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, please get in contact here within the return period. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are not covered and must be paid by the customer.

Damages & Issues

Please check your artwork immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging. Each case is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate solution.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified only before shipment. Once an artwork has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.


European Union Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the EU, customers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without the need to provide a reason.

To qualify, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and protective packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once a returned artwork is received and inspected, you will be informed whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider.
